Refund policy

Apparel (Hats, tees, sweatshirts etc.)

ACEND Streetwear™ apparel is (currently) produced individually upon order.
Because of that, we can’t offer refunds on apparel unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your item doesn’t fit…

We’ll do our best to accommodate a size exchange within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is:

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • in original condition with tags attached

Just a heads up: because we’re a small business, we personally absorb the cost of making and shipping the replacement.
It’s not your fault, and it’s definitely not how big-box retail works —
but it’s the compromise we had to make to get ACEND off the ground. 

Bottom line:
If something goes wrong or doesn’t fit the way you hoped, reach out.
We’ll do everything we can to find a solution.


Sneakers  & buyer protection

Sneakers can be returned within 14 days if they’re:

  • unworn

  • unused

  • in the original box with all packaging

Sneakers must be in resale-ready condition to qualify.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, and/or (although in rare circumstances) there was a mistake, email us within 7 days with your order number and photos —
We’ll take care of it immediately by either sending a replacement at no cost to you or offering a refund to the original form of payment.
