ACEND Streetwear™ is a San Francisco-based sneaker store, clothing company, and lifestyle brand founded by Bay Area native, DJ Pimentel. The shop specializes in limited-edition sneakers, with original apparel designed to pair with them. The motto is "throw it on and go, and the actual name comes from ascend — movement, progress, and choosing forward momentum over standing still.
ACEND is also named after the founder's son, Ace (age 5), but equally inspired by his daughter, Ava (age 6).
Everything we carry, from sneakers to apparel, is curated to pair, so you can easily throw it on and go. We remove the guesswork and Build the Fits for you. The late 80's and early 90's are a theme of inspiration you'll see sprinkled in the assortment—focusing on streetwear essentials mixed with thoughtful details—pieces built to keep up with you on the move.
We take the time to carefully source our vendors — prioritizing not only top-quality production but also partners who align with our values and treat their employees with respect and uphold fair labor practices.
Our apparel is produced through carefully selected print-on-demand partners, allowing us to avoid overproduction, reduce waste, and keep releases intentional. Print-on-demand doesn’t mean disposable. If it’s here, it’s meant to hold up.
We do our best to price everything fairly based on material quality, the current economy, and competitive analysis.
