Return & Exchange Policy
Apparel (Hats, tees, sweatshirts etc.)
Every ACEND apparel piece is produced individually after it’s ordered.
Because of that, we can’t offer refunds on apparel unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your item doesn’t fit…
We’ll do our best to accommodate a size exchange within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is:

unworn
-
unwashed
-
in original condition with tags attached
Just a heads up: because we’re a small business, we personally absorb the cost of making and shipping the replacement.
It’s not your fault, and it’s definitely not how big-box retail works —
but it’s the compromise we had to make to get ACEND off the ground.
Bottom line:
If something goes wrong or doesn’t fit the way you hoped, reach out.
We’ll do everything we can to find a fair, creative solution.
Sneakers
Sneakers can be returned within 14 days if they’re:

unworn
-
unused
-
in the original box with all packaging
Sneakers must be in resale-ready condition to qualify.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with your order number and photos —
we’ll replace it immediately at no cost to you.
How We Authenticate Sneakers
Every pair sold through ACEND goes through a three-step verification process before it ever reaches you. We follow industry-standard checks used by major resell platforms.
1. Physical Inspection
We verify stitching, materials, box construction, fonts, colorways, inserts, and manufacturing patterns specific to that model and release year.
2. Serial Number + Label Check
We scan and verify:

Style codes

Production dates
-
Factory indicators
-
Barcode consistency
-
Label alignment
This cross-checks against known authentic pairs.
3. Detail Matching Against Source Data
We compare your pair against verified reference images, production notes, and known authentic QC markers — including shape, toe box height, tongue structure, heel profile, and insole patterns.
If a pair does not pass all three steps, we do not sell it — period.
